June 6, 2005Candlelight Records with Regain Records has confirmed August 23 as the Stateside re-issue date of MARDUK's "World Funeral". Formed over a decade ago, Sweden's MARDUK found immediate worldwide acclaim for their innovative sound. The band currently features bassist Magnus Devo Andersson, vocalist Mortuus, drummer Fredrik Andersson and founder/guitarist Morgan Hakansson. MARDUK are featured on the cover of Metal Maniacs' August issue, currently on newstands nationwide.
